KRCC men's ministry focuses on the spiritual health and education of the men in our own congregation. We also strive to develop godly leaders for today and the future. This is accomplished through our men's monthly breakfast, Iron Sharpens Iron Conferences, and various outings, retreats, and events during the year. We invite you to join us!

The women's ministry supports women connecting with women to encourage, support, and grow together in our walk with God. We connect with each other through women’s Bible studies, women's conferences, retreats and events, and women’s luncheons during the year. We also have a monthly book club (bookclub@krcconline.com), coffee date (coffee@krcconline.com), and prayer ministry (actsofprayer@krcconline.com). We would love for you to join us at any of these events.

The KRCC Young Adult Ministry is an effort to connect young adults with the Lord and each other. Young adults are identified as young men and women eighteen years old and above who are college students, young singles or married couples. We strive to meet once a month for fellowship, fun, food and spiritual growth. We also welcome new high school graduates who stay in the St. Louis area after graduation. The Young Adult Ministry is a great place for young adults to meet new friends as well as learn how to grow in their walk with Jesus. We'd love to have you join us!

We offer a few different ways to help you as you navigate the loss of a loved one. GriefShare is a network of grief recovery support groups meeting worldwide helping those mourning their beloved through one of life's most difficult journeys: grief. It is a 13-week program which meets in a small group, up to 10 adults. You will learn about grief-related issues that will help you work through your grief and begin your recovery and healing. We offer this program at least once a year as well as 2-hour GriefShare seminars like “Surviving the Holidays” and “Loss of a Spouse.” In addition, we have a support group, Good Grief, that meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month.

Our seniors ministry is open to those 50 years and older. We try to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs of our seniors. We do this by planning special events, outings and doing service projects as well as home and hospital visits. A wealth of wisdom is stored in our senior saints who are willing to share their lives and experiences with others. We look forward to your partnership with us in this ministry.

We are always looking for more servants to support our sound, media and website ministries: - Sound Ministry: sound@krcconline.com The Sound Ministry exists to produce the best possible atmosphere for all stage ministries. This includes creating and maintaining an audio mix (digital soundboard) that supports the audio needs of the congregation to sing, pray and receive the Lord's instruction as well as the ministries on stage. The ministry primarily serves on Thursday evenings for worship practices as well as the Sunday morning practices before Bible Study and the Sunday morning services, though there are the occasional needs for special services. Any who love music, who have a heart for worship and are willing to learn how to mix sound on a digital sound board (experience is appreciated but not necessary) are absolutely invited to serve God in this wonderful ministry! - Media Ministry: media@krcconline.com The Media Ministry provides the visual media displayed during worship service and other events. This includes the words displayed to praise songs during worship as well as videos and graphics used through the message and the creation of the Announcement slide deck. Requirements: Comfortable using a computer. A basic understanding of PowerPoint or Google Slides is a plus but not a requirement. This ministry needs 4-5 volunteers, which would require a Thursday evening and Sunday morning commitment to serve one time per month.    - Website Ministry: website@krcconline.com The website ministry’s purpose is to provide maintenance and upkeep of krcconline.com. This is a WordPress-themed site that is our outward facing introduction to our community. The site also includes calendar and events sections which need weekly updating. This ministry is open to all with website experience and can be done from home.

The Worship Ministries exist to lead the Lord's Church in glorifying Him with songs, prayers and other artistic offerings. They are made up of two groups of servants: - The Worship Team serves on stage. These are the singers and instrumentalists who lead times of praise and prayer in Sunday Morning Services as well as special events. This team meets to practice on Thursday Evenings and before Bible Study on Sunday Mornings. Any who have been gifted by God with music are invited to reach out about turning that gift back to the Lord with the Worship Team. - The Stage Crew serves behind the scenes. These amazing servants help with the technical side (cables, equipment, electronics, lights, etc.) and provide the unseen bedrock that enables all that is to be seen and heard. This team serves on Sunday mornings in the practices before Bible Study as well as in the Sunday Morning Services. Any who have a heart to remove distractions and enhance a singular focus on glorifying the Lord is invited to serve!
